Pitch Count  Form for Majors and Minors Coaches

Newport Little League Game Report Form

Baseball Coaches:  The form must be completed to report pitch counts at the end of each game you play this season. Please ensure that you are following the pitch count rules.  These were passed out to all Majors and Minors coaches and can be found at Little League International. 

Softball Coaches:  You are not required to report pitch counts.
