End-of-year picnic: June 23

Our end-of-year picnic for Newport Little League players and their families will be held at noon Sunday, June 23 at Hogan and Marine fields (King Park/Wellington Avenue). Please plan to attend! Each player will receive a commemorative T-shirt.

While the league will provide Subway sandwiches for everyone, we would appreciate help with the following:
* Majors players: Fruit
* Minors players: Bottled water or juice boxes
* Coach-pitch players: Chips (single-serve bags suggested)
* T-ball players: Dessert items (cookies, brownies, cupcakes)

Families are encouraged to bring blankets and/or chairs for seating.

The Newport Little League board of directors extends sincere thanks to all of our families for your support this season! Extra volunteers on the field and in the concession stands helped our coaches and board immensely, which we truly appreciate.
